If you receive a defective item during shipment, please contact is at info@lastrideinternational.ph with details of the product and the defect. You may also text us at 0917-146-4905 or send us a message on our Facebook page. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. Our Customer Service Representative will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced or process a full refund.

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any shipment damage must be reported to LastRide International PH within 24-48 hours of receipt of the product.
